Ritu Saheb

Ritu Saheb, Architect, AIA has over 10 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry in India and the New York Metro area. She has worked on over $30 million worth of construction as a Project Manager in various architectural firms, which include residential, commercial and institutional projects. She is an entrepreneur and co-founder of the successful immigration law publishing company ILW.com.

Ms. Saheb's strength lies in coordinating various pieces of a very complex building process. She also specializes in apartment and townhouse interior renovations and additions in New York.

Ms. Saheb has a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of Mumbai. She is currently licensed to practice as an architect in the State of New York and in all states of India.

Ms. Saheb is an avid runner, an amateur instagrammer and lives on the Lower East Side with her family.

Raymond Niles has over 20 years of financial experience. He has an undergraduate degree in Economics, and holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from New York University, where he graduated with Distinction. After earning his MBA, Mr. Niles worked as an equities analyst, first at Goldman Sachs, and then at Schroders, a British investment bank, and at Citigroup, where he led his own research team. After more than a decade in equity research, Mr. Niles formed a hedge fund, which outperformed the S&P 500 index during the life of the fund.

Mr. Niles area of expertise lies in the boom and bust of economic cycles. He has been following New York real estate market for over 20 years.


Jason Baker has a thorough understanding of real estate, which has been acquired through experience in development, property & construction management and investment sales. He can see beyond an aesthetically pleasing apartment and townhouse, he has an intuitive understanding of why the property will be a successful long-term investment.

Mr. Baker’s passion for the city, his optimistic spirit, his honesty and his inquisitive nature are evident in every conversation with him.

Gerald Friedman has over 30 years of professional sales, marketing and management experience, both on the corporate and entrepreneurial levels, in New York real estate.  Mr. Friedman is currently a leasing agent for approximately four million square feet of office properties for CBRE United States.
